Check in is available between 2pm and 8pm. Later check-in may be possible if needed however an after hours charge will apply. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. Stepneyville is without a doubt one of Nelson's most beautiful & sought after residential areas. It's blessed with all day sun, incredible views over the waterfront & Tasman Bay & it's also perfectly oriented to catch the amazing sunsets over the mountains on the other side of the bay! The home is in a quiet street, away from the traffic & bustle of the city & waterfront yet incredibly convenient to the amenities of these locations. Walk to the waterfront restaurants & even walk to the city centre (approx. 2.5km away & a very short drive or cycle away). Nelson's main swimming beach, Tahunanui, is also walkable! For all visitors to Nelson-Tasman we tend to recommend you have a car to give you maximum freedom to explore our beautiful region. However, this property is close enough to local eateries, shopping & amenities & with the use of a bicycle, Uber/Taxi, buses & tour companies you can absolutely do this location & our main regional attractions car-free!
