Silver Fern is a beautifully designed four bedroom home elevated above Tekapo with stunning lake and mountain views. Nestled in a quiet street, this modern and spacious home offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and breathtaking natural surroundings. A wonderfully appointed kitchen is central to the light-filled open plan living space, with generous lounge seating looking out towards the lake. Kept cozy with a fireplace and heatpump, it adjoins a separate snug area which is ideal for children to relax in at the end of a day exploring. The large sunny deck is well set up for relaxed outdoor living and entertaining, with a barbecue and seating. Also the perfect spot for nighttime stargazing. Two spacious bathrooms, a full laundry and plenty of parking make Silver Fern the ideal accommodation for a Tekapo holiday with family or friends, whatever the season. The lakefront is a 15 minute walk, and the Cowan’s Hill walking and biking tracks start can be accessed within 5 minutes of the house. Bedrooms: 1. Queen bed with ensuite 2. Queen bed 3.
