This modern efficient home was custom built only 4 years ago to soak in plenty of all day sun, situated in a friendly cul-de-sac with ample off street parking for the boat and double garaging for the cars and toys,complete with gas BBQ and wonderful mountain views for you to enjoy during your stay whilst in this very special part of the world.
Situated a short drive or any easy walk to town centre and the lake front, close to Medical Centre & Golf Course, on route to Cardrona Alpine ski resort 35 minutes away & Treble Cone only 25 minutes, the closest to Wanaka.
