Spinnaker Watch is a bright and spacious two-storey holiday home with wide views across the bay to Auckland City. Set above the water in a peaceful spot, it offers plenty of space for up to four guests and is only a short walk to the calm swimming waters of Takirau Bay. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area opens to a large deck overlooking the sea — perfect for enjoying the sun or an evening drink while the city lights glow in the distance. At the rear, a sheltered courtyard with BBQ and outdoor dining provides a private space to relax. Inside, the home is comfortably furnished in neutral tones with linen textures and natural light throughout. The downstairs lounge features a heat pump and enclosed fireplace, while upstairs offers a quiet reading area between two bedrooms — one with a king bed, the other a split-king that can be set as two singles. The newly renovated bathroom includes a modern shower and toilet. Conveniently located near the Kennedy Point Ferry, Palm Beach, and Oneroa Village, Spinnaker Watch is a relaxed and well-equipped base to enjoy the best of Waiheke Island.

Spinnaker Watch sits in a peaceful corner of Waiheke Island, just above the quiet bay of Takirau. The area has a relaxed, residential feel surrounded by native bush, birdsong, and views across the Hauraki Gulf to Auckland City. A short 200-metre stroll leads down a leafy path to the beach — calm, sheltered, and perfect for swimming or paddleboarding. It’s a great spot for a morning dip before breakfast on the deck. Despite its privacy, the location is central and convenient. The Kennedy Point Ferry terminal is nearby for easy access to the mainland, and Palm Beach is just a few minutes’ drive away with its golden sand, swimming bay, and laid-back beach café. Oneroa Village is also close, offering boutique shops, cafés, galleries, and some of the island’s best restaurants and wine bars. Waiheke’s famous vineyards — including Mudbrick, Cable Bay, and Stonyridge — are all within a short drive, along with coastal walking tracks, art studios, and local markets. The neighbourhood offers the best of both worlds: a quiet retreat with the island’s highlights right on your doorstep.
