Studio42 is a fully smoke free, standalone, modern, sun drenched apartment. It has all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay including free wi-fi, a smart TV and on-site parking. Studio42 presents a lovely living space downstairs, complete with couch, dining table and chairs and a well equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and airfryer in one, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. Relax on the couch and soak up the sun and the views out to the family pool (unfortunately the pool is not for Guest use though). Venture upstairs to a large room with a comfortable Queen size bed (perfectly made for a single or a couple), quality linen and towels and a very comfortable couch which converts to a sofa bed. (Please request via messaging if the sofa bed is needing to be made up with linen). The upstairs is complete with a desk and chair for all your work needs. The Air conditioning unit/heat pump will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Studio42 is located at the rear of our property with a private entrance for your convenience and a free off-street parking space.
We are your hosts, Rob and Kylie Shore. We have lived in Papakura for most of our lives and have enjoyed raising our four children here. Two of our children have now left home and we have two teenagers. We love the area we live in. Papakura offers great estuary walks, great eateries and lots to do for families in the area. Our property is situated close to the end of a culdesac opposite a tree lined sports park which makes for great entertainment. At times during sports games, street parking can be at a premium and noise levels elevated, however the privately situated Studio42, at the rear of our property, with off street parking, ensures minimal disruption to our guests.

Papakura is a pretty neighbourhood, with many green spaces and parks. Pahurehure inlet offers estuary walks and bikeways. We have a sports field located opposite our guest accommodation, local Squash, Tennis and Badminton Courts and also a local gym and public swimming pool complex, all within walking distance. Cafes, restaurants and bars are only a short 5 to 10 minute drive away as are fast food restaurants. There are supermarkets 2 - 3 minutes drive away as well as petrol stations and laundromats and access to our public transport network is a 8 minute walk. Venture further out of our neighbourhood to find local beaches on the East and the West coast approximately 25 - 40 minutes drive. Auckland Botanic Gardens are located 15 minutes drive in a neighbouring suburb and offer beautiful walks around park like grounds surrounded by lush gardens and picturesque trees. Hunua Ranges and waterfall are 24 minutes away and worth a look and a venture into the beautiful bushwalks on offer. Auckland CBD is located approximately 25 minutes drive (dependent on traffic flow) and Auckland International and Domestic Airport is only 25 minutes drive (dependent on traffic flow).
