This beautifully presented property, with breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and mountains, just a 5-minute walk to town is the perfect place to stay when you come to visit Wanaka. The basics: * Master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite and walk in robe * Two additional bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (that can be made into Super King beds upon request) * 2.5 bathrooms (ensuite, family bathroom and powder room) * Open plan kitchen, dining, lounge * Large deck, with panoramic views of Lake Wanaka * Internal access to garage with plenty of storage for ski's, bikes etc * SUPER CLOSE TO TOWN!!!! The chef's kitchen, equipped with top-notch appliances, flows seamlessly into the dining-living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows capture stunning lake views, leading to a generous deck - the ideal spot for entertaining or enjoying Wanaka's magic, complete with an automatic louvre for year-round use. Upstairs, there is a comfortable master bedroom with King size bed, with private access to a luxurious tiled ensuite and spacious walk-in robe. Downstairs, two twin bedrooms which can be made into super king beds upon request, have garden access, providing a peaceful retreat. The main bathroom boasts neutral tiles, underfloor heating, a relaxing bath and a walk-in shower. Additional features include a separate powder room and internally accessed single garage with built-in laundry, the perfect place to store bikes and ski gear – as well as ample space to park your vehicle. Off street parking is available for one vehicle (in addition to the garage). The house is fully insulated, double glazed, and equipped with two heat pumps (air-con units) for year-round comfort.
