Nestled in the popular suburb of St Clair is this little gem, just 400m from the beautiful St Clair beach and Hot Salt Water Pools, and a slight extra stroll to the boutique shops and eateries on the Esplanade.
A quiet, spacious home with recent renovations give a peaceful suburban feel. The space is fully equipped with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and is the ideal spot for a small family or as business accommodation.

A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater available in the bunk room. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed.
