You can spread out across three large bedrooms upstairs, and a self contained dwelling with king size bed on the first floor. Follow the sun and enjoy the various outdoor entertaining areas or snuggle up next to the fire. Wander into town and take your pick of excellent restaurants along the waterfront. A 10-minute walk or a minute drive will land you in the heart of Paihia. Here you can wander into the info centre to book a day of adventure on the water, enjoy the range of fantastic cafes and restaurants, and swim in the sparkling sea. Another five minutes of driving will take you to the unmissable Waitangi Treaty Grounds and a world-class golf course. When you’re ready, you can amble back to Swallows Nest to pour a wine and marvel at the sunset over the bay. Enjoy the perfect balance of tranquillity and adventure here at Swallows Nest in Paihia! Please be aware that the pool is not currently available for guest use. Although the pool has a full perimeter fence, the pool can be accessed through doors from the house.
