Public parking is available daily on site (reservation is needed) and costs NZD15.00 per night. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. An authorization of $150 from a valid credit or debit card for incidentals is required on arrival. This will be released upon check out and can take up to 7 days to reverse. We do not accept cash Bonds. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Pets are welcome maximum 20kg, maximum 2 pets per room - NZD$150.00 per stay for the first pet and an additional NZD$50 for the second pet. Secure underground car parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs NZD15 per night, a height restriction of 1.8-2m applies. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
