Immaculate modern with all new furnishings this three bedroom home is entirely yours to enjoy with 3 toilets 2 full bathrooms living spaces in this two story property two bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom the master wing is downstairs with full bathroom we have WIFI and a smart TV along with air conditioning unit for your comfortInternal access into the garage and laundry with plenty of parking at no charge what I will not accept is guests booking and bringing extra people and not Paying for extra guest up to 6 people can be on the property maximum also if your going to not consider 6 guests with the 180 full size hot water cylinder please don't blame the host that's just immature. I have spent over thirty thousand dollars to ensure all furnishings are new modern and comfortable I have been attacked because people do not want to take our their own rubbish or do their own dishes your rubbish your dishes if you wish to use the kitchen are your responsibility. lately people have been bringing extra guests and thinking they don't have to pay well its clear in the policy that you agree to please read what your booking if in doubt txt and ask its not hard to be respectful your stying in a two million dollar home for a daily rate the latest review refused to pay for over 24 hours so I reported her we work hard to keep this property immaculate for your comfort
