You will be hosted by Greg and Angela together with their international team. Greg continues to farm cattle and Angela works in the education sector as well as owning and operating Book Tekapo. With children who have recently left home they like to keep themselves busy! Our team members can speak a range of languages including English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Spanish.

“The Barn” is a bespoke designed, family holiday home, situated close to the lake front, in the Lochinver Subdivision, Lake Tekapo. The Barn can accommodate up to 8 guests over its 3 bedrooms. The rooms are split over the two floors, and is an ideal set up for a family group or 2 families wanting to enjoy holiday time together. The modern kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven with gas hobs and all other items you will need, as well as country-style dining area suitable for a gathering, to enjoy your holiday mealtimes. The living area has all your entertainment options covered, with a 42inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Freeview channels, as well as SKY TV (including sport!) and free wifi. The living area opens out onto a sunny north-facing patio and grassed area, with picnic table, to enjoy the hot Tekapo summer. Here you can BBQ, relax or play, and soak in the views of the lake and mountains. There is a cosy logburner, underfloor heating and a heatpump, to ensure you are warm during the Winter months. The Barn is the perfect base for your ski holiday, located right across the road from the Roundhill Skifield turn off!
