Our exceptional central city apartment is 180 square metres of luxurious and space to relax and gather. Two huge bedrooms with tiled ensuite - both have French doors opening to a shared balcony overlooking the beautiful First Church. Free high speed internet and smart televisions in each room with Netflix. An executive style kitchen with banquette dining area can cater for family and team meetings. Restaurants and cafés are in close proximity with delivery and pick up options. The apartment is cleaned and sanitised to a meticulous standard using accredited CrestClean products. This apartment has two bedrooms but can be reduced to one-bedroom. The maximum number of guests is four. A secure undercover carpark for one vehicle is included in your rate. We allow 24 hour contactless self check-in to the apartment by keypad.
Our guests will experience a high standard when they stay at The Burlington. The hosts are cleaning and hygiene specialists who are pleased to offer this unique apartment for discerning travellers. Your relaxation is important to us so we won't disturb you unless you reach out to us. If you have any special requirements that you are unsure will be available, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to help. We live off-site but work in the building. For stays of 4 nights or more, the apartment will be serviced and linen refreshed every 2-3 days.
