Entire House perfectly setup for Fielday's, Families or large groups wanting to holiday, attend work conferences, or teams attending sporting Events in the Waikato. Large lounge areas, including Media room with Theatre seats & 75" screen with Netflix. Outdoor Patio, Spa pool, Epic playground (if necessary!). UFF WIreless internet, 3 generous ensuites, 1 Seperate toilet. Nice rural views The space Downstairs Triple Car garaging Large room can either be setup for work, or with multiple fold out sofas (see ics) 2 x Bedrooms with double beds & ensuites 1 x Media Room with 75" Tv (netflix) 1 x Lounge 1 x Dining Kitchen 1 x Toilet Upstairs 2 x Bedrooms with double beds & 1 x ensuite 1 x Lounge area Guest access All the house, the paddock, the lakes, the playground
