One big bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and a shower, and a separate toilet. There is a laundry room close to the house entry, with a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal. The patio is just amazing, tucked in the back of the cul de sack street where you can enjoy in the view and the sound of the ocean. With a retractable awning, you can enjoy your coffee, drink or make a BBQ, in a shade or while sunbathing in the afternoon sun. Nice and spacious cane table and 4 chairs are there for your maximum of comfort. You get a full Wi-fi access in the entire house, and a lot of movies on Netflix for quiet nights. Board games are available for young team players, or if you get more adventurous you can use a pedal board and a kids kayak, which will be offered for free per your request. There is a private access to this lovely, retro house. Driveway leads to a private garage and 2 off street parking spaces. The parking on the street is free too.

We are a family of 5 with young children and in love with nature and outdoor activities. We have a border collie dog and 2 cute bunnies that are free range in our garden. Luka is in the IT business and Mina is a music/piano teacher, teaching in public school as well as offering piano lessons in her studio which is next to the property listed here. Mina is a hobbyist beekeeper.

The clifftop and beach loop also offer amazing views over Hauraki Gulf and Islands, and it’s certainly a hike that is worth to be on a daily activity list. With many shops, plenty of restaurants and cafes in approx 400m easy walk or 3min with a car, you can consider yourself spoiled with a big choice of places for your gourmet enjoyment.
