My wife & I moved from Yorkshire in 1995 to Browns Bay with our three children it took quite some time to settle down to the more relaxed way of life, we do miss some things about England mainly the history etc, went back in 20015 not sure if we could live there again far to busy, see more of the world living in N.Z than we would have if we had stayed in Yorkshire so we are quite happy here ,(LOT BETTER WEATHER )

Based on Aucklands North Shore Browns Bay is 45 minutes drive from Auckland airport & 25 minutes from Aucklands CBD You can get a bus from the airport to Aucklands CBD & then on to Browns BayThe unit is 5 minutes drive from North Harbour Stadium where top sports & music concerts are held The house & unit is in a quiet Cul De Sac. There are bus stops to Browns Bay & Auckland 5 minutes walk away The unit is a opened plan En Suite Bedroom Kitchen & Dining area ,with a shared laundry area There is a deck & barbeque area for outdoor entertainment There is plenty of off street parking & a car port There is a welcome pack on arrival The unit is 15min walk to Torbay beach & 20 min walk to Browns Bay were you can find shops restaurants & bars There is a bus stop at the top of the street where you can get a ride to Browns Bay then around the North Shore bays to Auckland (every 20 min )
