A separate media room with board games, 77 inch TV and an arcade machine with hundreds of games
The large living room corner doors slide open to a covered outdoor area making it a fantastic way to bridge the indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly. This design not only creates a spacious entertaining area but also allows for a refreshing outdoor experience without compromising the views.
Having a large outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining while admiring stunning sunsets makes for delightful evenings spent together.
Please note - The master bedroom was designed around the landscape. The large tinted windows and sliding doors offer an incredible view of the shooting stars and the Milky Way, providing a dreamy ambiance for falling asleep looking at the night sky. Therefore the window seat and the walk-in robe window are the only windows with blinds to control light and privacy. It’s good to be aware that the Wairarapa weather extremes can influence the room's temperature.
Important - the exterior landscaping is not complete and you are driving on a gravel road and steep gravel driveway - See pictures
