The house is a large modern home with two large guest bedrooms each having their own walk in wardrobe and ensuite. There is free WIFI in the bedroom and guest breakfast room/lounge. Each bedroom has a super luxurious super king size bed with superb linen. One of the bedrooms has a bed which can be separated to make two large single beds if required.
There is a swim spa for the guest use.
The neighbourhood is very quiet. The property is very close to Cambridge CBD as well as the Karapiro Domain which hosts rowing (water) events, a Polo field, premier velodrome and cycling tracks.
Cambridge is central to other attractions such as Hobbiton.
