Peaceful and centrally located in Hamilton (frankton). Our property is situated in a convenient location walkable distance to Dinsdale Shopping Centre (countdown and lots of takeaways,dine in restaurants and public transport)
You are most welcome to store food in the fridge & help yourself for tea & coffee. Light cooking are allowed in the house as long as you keep our brand new house tidy and clean. You are also most welcome to use the laundry in the garage & lounge area for entertainment. Car parking only on the street outside property lots of free and safe parking available.
