The modern bathroom includes a monsoon rain shower for a relaxing cascade, while a Rinnai Infinity system provides unlimited, high pressure hot water for those who prefer a more exhilarating shower experience. An integrated bidet toilet with a heated seat offers that little extra touch of luxury and a washing machine and dryer are available for guests to use.
The upper level comprises a spacious master bedroom and king size bed with an inviting relaxation nook while the downstairs bedroom has a comfortable double bed and is suitable for one or two people. Both beds include electric blankets and an extra single airbed is available upon request at no extra cost. Please note there is no sofa bed on site.
For those who prefer to self-cater, a fully equipped galley style kitchen with high quality appliances including a Nespresso compatible coffee machine and air-fryer is available for guests to use.
We have previous experience in the rental and property management market and are now deriving much pleasure in seeing guests enjoying this beautifully appointed apartment as a home away from home when visiting Palmerston North. As Villa One is part of a privately owned complex with the hosts residing in the adjacent separate apartment, we are available until 8:00pm should there be any issues that require our attention. Please note that this is not a venue where pets, parties or events are permitted, and the privacy and quiet enjoyment of all the complex’s residents is to be respected at all times. Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to remain unsupervised on the property.
The central location of this property boasts a number of fast-food outlets and restaurants in close proximity. The nearby Plaza shopping centre also includes a diverse food court and supermarket within an easy 7 minute walking distance.
This property is a 10-minute walk to The Square as well as being a 4-minute drive to the Central Energy Trust Arena (stock car enthusiasts take note), and Te Manawa Musuem. The Esplanade Rose Gardens and Central Energy Trust Wildbase Recovery Centre is just down the road and well worth a visit. Palmerston North hospital and the airport are a 10 and 15 minute drive respectively with Massey University being a 5 minute drive away.
