Easy access with a coded front door.
A full kitchen four generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outdoor space to relax in the sunshine with stunning mountain views and both sunrise and sunsets.
There is a heat pump and a gas fire in the open plan lounge.
We are a 15min walk into Wanaka township and the lake front, a three minute walk to a movie theatre a climbing wall, and about 5 min to the golf course.
There is free wifi and laundry facilities available and off street parking for up to 3 cars.
The section is fully fenced safe for children and pets.
So welcome and enjoy the beautiful Central Otago with everything it has to offer.
We are a keen outdoors family we love to ski, MTN bike, hike in the national parks and relax in the lake.
Daniels Terrace is a nice quiet dead end street, a short walk to the movies, rock wall and golf course.
