For privacy purposes, we are on top of a very large hill hence the stunning views. Kapiti Island protects the coast, so the beaches are safe to swim in during summer months. If you have a boat great fishing or even a rod and try your luck. White house is only minutes by car to a large shopping mall, restaurants, bars, cafes, 2 golf courses, aquatic center, 2 shopping areas by the beach Paraparaumu Beach and Raumati beach, car museum, Kapiti Island day trips, while also being conveniently close to public transportation.
