Welcome to Dina's House! Most important to us is from the moment you arrive you feel at home staying with us. Comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. Terrace with panoramic mountain views. Fully equipped shared kitchen. Safe quiet neighbourhood. Here in Caraz we are situated alot closer than Huaraz to many major tourist attractions - 1hr 30mins to Laguna Paron (from Huaraz is 3hrs). - 1hr 20mins to Lagunas Llanganuco (from Huaraz is 2hr 20mins). - 1hr 30mins to Laguna 69 hike ( from Huaraz is 2hrs 30mins). - We are also located closer to the Santa Cruz hike. *Tours leave daily from Caraz to all these attractions and more!* - 15 Minutes to Campo Santo (A historical site, remnants of a town that was tragically covered with an avalanche in 1970). - 8 minutes walk to central Plaza del Armas & Caraz museum (which hosts the smallest mummy in the world). - 1km to Tumshukaiko, a pre Inca archaelogical site. Caraz is a hidden gem located in the Peruvian Andes, come and experience the charm of a tranquil town located at the base of the Cordillera Blanca mountains. We are surrounded by many natural and historical attractions that are guaranteed to make your stay a unique interesting experience.
