Avana Hills Panoramic Suite is a 3 room unit listed as an exclusive floor with windows facing white beach horizon. Best for Sunset. Best for family, team building, vacation and work. Located in the 3rd floor of the Castle like structure surrounded by gardens. New spacious suite room units with kitchen. 3 to 4 minutes away from the beach. Located in front of souvenir shops, fruit stands & main roads, and 5 minutes to wet market (talipapa).

Avana Hills Panoramic Suite is situated on the 3rd floor of the Castle like structure building atop of a hill overlooking the horizon of the main beach. The whole compound is comprised of lush tropical garden together with other structures containing cafes and lobby. The main gate fronting the main road and E-mall souvenir shops. 711 Convenient Store is just outside the main gate. 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. 5 Minutes walk to wet market ( talipapa ). There are bars along the main road outside the compound. Fruit Stands are just outside the compound.
