Extra person is Php500 per night. Our weekly and monthly rates are highly discounted. However to keep our rates lower we will change the linens, towels and sheets upon check in only. Change of bedding and towel is charge at Php250 per request. Cleaning request during stay is Php250 per request. Standard check in time - 2 pm, check out – 12 noon. Guest can request for a morning check in time starting 8 am, check out at 6 am. Contact the host to manually block the date for the MORNING check in time. It's a fully furnished studio unit. The unit has A/C and wifi, queen size hotel quality mattress, 40 inch Smart tv with Netflix and cabinets. Our kitchen and dining are equipped with rice cooker, oven toaster, electric stove, refrigerator, pan, pot, electric kettle, plates, utensils, glasses, cups, knives, etc. Our bathroom has hot/cold bath, shampoo, body wash and handsoap.
