The property is located in an exclusive subd with various amenities. It is near in Amadeo and close by the areas of Balite Falls, Malapad falls & Patio Buendia and other a lot of good coffee shop-one of the famous is the :Dreamland Arts and Craft Coffee". If you will be continue driving for 15-20 mins you will reach Tagaytay areas wherein you can view the good scenery of Tagaytay. You can visit the ff; 1. See the Beauty of Taal Lake and Volcano​ 2.Have Fun at Sky Ranch 3.Visit People’s Park in the Sky 4See Creativity at Puzzle Mansion 5. Relax at Tagaytay Picnic Grove 6. Feast on Bulalo at Mahogany Beef Market 7.Appreciate Art at Museo Orlina 8.Discover Nature and Wildlife at Paradizoo 9. Eat at Antonio’s Garden 10. Pray at Tierra de Maria 11. Visit Bag of Beans
