The unit itself is located on the 2nd floor of our house. We live on the 1st floor and able to help you with any of your needs or questions any time. The apartment is simply decorated, minimalistic, but has all that you need to make your stay comfortable. Each room has a ceiling fan and a window type AC, there's a hot shower and high speed fiber wifi. Please note: El Nido has power outages from time to time. We DO NOT have a generator. City Water is not yet available to all El Nido areas, therefore we use a deep well. Keep in mind that El Nido is still a developing area and we are not always able to fix or repair things as quickly as we would like. We appreciate your understanding.

We've been living in El Nido for over 9 years. Rusty owns and manages his own MMA Gym and I teach English online. We live on site with our family and our dog jack. We've been hosting travellers since 2016 and enjoy meeting our guests and giving them advice about the best places to go in El Nido, but we also giving them the space and privacy they need. Our property is located in a local neighbourhood just on the edge of El nido town. It is a residential area where expats and filipinos families live. It is walking distance to town (about 900m to the beachfront where tours leave from for island hopping) and there are restaurants, a supermarket, laundry shops, and motorbike rentals all within a few meters from our house.
