This is a corner one bedroom unit with open access to the living, dining, bathroom and kitchen areas. It has a fully equipped kitchen with complete dining wares. There is a glass dining table with chairs and a comfortable sofa bed.
A hypoallergenic premium quality 6" mattress is used for the main bed.
A sturdy pull-out bed with a semi - firm good quality 4" mattress.
The condominium has 24 hours security. No brownouts because there is a generating set and takes only about a minute or two to change power. There are two elevators. At the roofdeck is a swimming pool. The building has a panoramic sea and mountain views with a beautiful sunset in the late afternoon.
Laundry service is available.
With hot and cold shower and bidet. There is a closet with hangers.
Free unlimited fibr wifi and cable TV.
An induction stove can be provided UPON REQUEST FOR STAYS OF AT LEAST 6 NIGHTS.
Free use of the roofdeck swimming pool.
Arrangement for airport pick-up or drop-off, car rentals and tour. Guests pay directly to the driver.

My place is at the heart of Bacolod but remains to be peaceful. It is surrounded by food establishments, spas, coffee shops and salons. Banks are a few minutes walk away. Public transportation is very accessible. The Capitol Lagoon which is a nice place for health buffs and the Ayala Malls Capitol Central are just 3-10 minutes walk away. SM Mall and Robinsons Mall are about 8 - 15 minutes by jeepney.
