But there are times they close it when there’s ongoing construction on the other building. No free parking for cars there will be penalty for violators. For overnight parking you can park and pay 100 per night in the gasoline station close by. Other things to note NO FREE parking for cars there will be penalty for violators. Only drop off allowed and there's penalty of 100-150usd or 5,000-7,500 php for violators. There's parking for 100pesos per night in the gas station across the condo properties where we refer most of our guests who needs parking spot. WIFI: Please note that the wifi is not as reliable since it's prepaid and also the tower 2 is hindering the reception compared before it was built. U can try to move the modem to get the best reception. If you are staying for work from home setting it's not a reliable source of connection. I just want to make it clear to guests checking in. Our little family lives outside of the country. The condo unit we are offering is our home in Cebu whenever we are there. I hope you treat our home as your home sweet home as well. We are across the water-world so if you want to have fun you can head there. Also we are close to maayo hospital incase if you need medical assistance. Aside from that we are walking distance to pacific mall too. You can buy groceries there, have nails done, eat at restaurants there etc. transportation by jeepneys is also just outside the condo. As well as taking cabs. You can always ask help of the security by the condo entrance if you want them grab a taxi/cab for you.
