Cebu holds a very precious place in my heart. It is a bustling city but within a stone's throw away, you get to be on a mountain or on a beach! It also has an International airport nearby and a very good base if travelling around Philippines because all domestic flights from Cebu are only 1hr flight time. Cebu is the place to be if you want to be in a city but not too far from nature and its beauty.
