A space elegantly equipped with modern amenities are specially designed and laid out at The Club located at the 4th floor. Imagine having the convenience of study rooms for solo or study groups, a spacious fitness center complete with the latest gym equipment, plus a canopied swimming pool with a plush lounge area. Arcaded walkways, fully air-conditioned reception and lobby inspire a hotel-like feel. It is in the heart of the City where you can easily find Manila’s Entertainment and Tourist Landmarks.
EV Place feature a modern rustic style. A fully furnished 18 sqm with a Double sized bed, Bathroom, Kitchenette, Dining set, TV, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Basic Essentials, with a views of Manila Bay and Roxas Boulevard where you can watch the stunning sunrise and sunset.
