Apartments - ideal for families and groups of 10 with kitchen.
Rooms - good for 4 - 6 guests.
There's the apartment duplex, w/ a homey atmosphere that has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable vacation or work. There's plenty of free parking & it's gated with security guard at night, security cameras are installed outside the premises & a 24-hrs staff. Each unit has its own private entrance and you'll be able to enjoy all the amenities exclusively for your group. Living room with sofa bed and 43" HD Cable Tv, and High-speed internet.
Kitchen: equipped with a variety of pots & pans, stove top, kettle, microwave, rice cooker, a large fridge.
Dining: Dinnerware is provided, family dinner is shared on a long wooden table with a bench on each side. You can also watch tv if you like entertainment while eating.
Bathrooms: Each unit has two bathroom with hot shower and a toilet bidet spray for that clean feeling. Get ready to dance in style with a hair dryer and a well-lit makeup vanity.
The diverse room units is equipped with private bathroom, hot shower, 43" UH Cable Tv, Fast internet.
Gazebo: The gazebo is for the outside dining for some guests who would like to do some barbecue (charcoal is provided by the guest) and entertainment for their friends and relatives who visit them when they are here touring the area. There's an attached room with 2 bunk beds with a portable fan for the drivers (additional Php275pax).
