Property information

Our apartment is in a renovated building at the crossroad of Świdnicka Street and Ofiar Oświęcimskich. The apartment is very spacious with an exceptionally large area, i.e. 60 m2, will meet the expectations of each guest, a separate bedroom, living room with kitchenette, separate toilet and bathroom. The apartment has a coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Coffee, tea and mineral water are standard with us - no extra fees. The living room has a library with a huge number of books that will satisfy every literature lover. A television with a television program package and access to on-demand video services offering access to movies, series and programs. In the bathroom shower, heated floor. Beautifully renovated and clean staircase, which other facilities of this type cannot always boast. It is possible to park the car in the yard (in the area for residents), the first come, first served rule applies. Parking in the yard is free. Entrance to the yard from Ofiar Oświęcimskich Street (behind the garage). You can park your car on Ofiar Oświęcimskich Street - paid parking Note for guests with mobility difficulties: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without an elevator.

Neighbourhood information

Apartments Hexus - Świdnicka is in the heart of Wroclaw - 80 meters to the Market Square, 100 meters to the Town Hall. Within a few minutes' walk you will be able to walk, among others, the Wrocław Opera, the National Forum of Music, theatres: Contemporary, Comedy, Chamber Stage of the Polish Theatre, Puppet Theatre and Royal Palace and many other valuable historical objects. Nearby there are many shops, boutiques, shopping arcades and - considered one of the most beautiful and largest in Europe - Wroclaw Market Square, which together with the neighboring Salt Square are a real gastronomic and entertainment area with dozens of bars, cafes, restaurants, pubs and music clubs. Excellent transport availability - stops of many tram and bus lines of public transport are a several dozen meters away. Copernicus Airport Wroclaw is about 10 minutes away which constitutes about 10 km away.
