Only small negative was 9 flights of stairs to apartment (top floor) keeps you fit lol.

「Lovely apartment with balcony. Aircon in main bedroom and fan in smaller room. Could possibly do with another fan for the kitchen as apartment is 5 stories up so can get quite warm. Air con in bedroom was amazing. Just to be aware there is no lift...」
