There are two wings of the hotel building. The elevator is located only in one of them. The guests who would like to have a room with access to the elevator are kindly asked to provide this information when making the booking.
If booking a non-refundable stay, guest will be asked for the credit card used to make booking upon check-in. If the guest shows a different card, the card shown will be charged and money returned to the card used when booking. Please contact Hotel Bellotto beforehand if booking for a different person.
