Please note that the property requires a utility fee (water, wood and electricity) of 40 PLN per night for the stay in Villa. For the stays in the Two-Bedroom Villa unit, the utility fees are charged according to meter consumption, billed per stay.

Due to the fact that the houses are located on a slope, the driveway is quite steep, in winter the driveway up the mountain is only with a 4x4 car. It is possible to park the car lower, you have to walk up the hill about 150 m.
