Welcome to our year-round holiday home, beautifully located on the shores of the picturesque Lake Rybiec, in the heart of Pomeranian nature. This unique place was created for those seeking peace, comfort, and a close connection with nature. Our fenced 2000 m² property offers direct access to the lake with a private jetty, a pine and birch forest, a garden, a fire pit, a covered terrace with grill, garden furniture, and sun loungers. The house underwent a full renovation in 2025 and provides a high standard of comfort. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a TV (Netflix), a cozy wood-burning stove, and comfortable sofas. The living space flows into the dining area and a modern kitchen equipped with all essential appliances: dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge, coffee maker, and kitchenware. This level also includes a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Upstairs, there are three comfortable, soundproofed bedrooms with cozy beds and wardrobes. Windows feature mosquito screens and blackout blinds. A second bathroom with shower is also available. The house has electric underfloor heating, providing warmth year-round. A key highlight is the premium Finnish sauna by Klafs with biosauna function, aromatherapy, and a separate third shower. From the sauna, you can step directly onto the covered terrace and into the garden. For active guests, we provide bicycles; for children, toys, a play corner, board games, and books. A public playground is also nearby. There is private parking for several vehicles on the property. Pets are welcome – the entire area is fully fenced and secure. All utilities are included in the rental price: electricity, water, firewood, bed linen, towels, and bathrobes. Lake Rybiec is ideal for swimming and fishing (fishing with permit). Our home is the perfect place for a family getaway, romantic retreat, or relaxing holiday with friends – far from the city noise, surrounded by unspoiled nature where everyone can unwind.

After the success of Lake House Podwilczyn, which welcomed many wonderful guests and received such lovely reviews, I decided to create another special place – also located by a lake, with a private forest, full of peace and nature. This home is the fulfillment of a dream – I always wanted to create a place that would feel like the idyllic holidays I spent with my grandmother, right here in the heart of Podwilczyn. This is where I grew up, surrounded by the scent of the forest, the sounds of nature, and where I learned how important true rest is – away from the rush of everyday life. I personally designed the interiors in a rustic style that many of you may associate with a warm, cozy grandmother’s home. There’s wood, natural fabrics, soft lighting – everything that makes you want to stay a little longer. I truly love hosting guests, and for each of you I prepare something special – a little surprise that, I hope, brings a smile from the moment you arrive. I believe that a house is more than just walls and a roof – it’s the atmosphere we create together.
