Domek położony jest nad rzeką kurówką w malowniczym otoczeniu łąk i lasów .Na terenie ogrodzonej działki znajduje się prywatne jeziorko co daje możliwość wędkowania i kąpieli ,również zimą (morsowanie ).Miejsce na ognisko i grilla oraz brak sąsiadów w najbliższej okolicy daje nieograniczone możliwości wypoczynku. Doskonałe położenie w pobliżu turystycznych atrakcji: Kazimierz Dolny, Nałęczów , Kozłówka, Czarnolas, Wola Gułowska , Lublin , Sandomierz , czyni go wspaniałą bazą wypadową dla kierowców samochodu, motocyklistów i rowerzystów.
