Apartament składa się z salonu, gdzie znajduje się część wypoczynkowa z wygodną sofą z możliwością spania, część jadalna połączona z aneksem kuchennym, a także z sypialni z łóżkiem typu king-size z niezwykle wygodnym materacem. Gwarantujemy w apartamencie w pełni wyposażoną kuchnię czyli lodówka,zmywarka, płyta indukcyjna, czajnik bezprzewodowy, mikrofalówka elektryczna oraz akcesoria takie jak garnki, patelnia, sztućce, patelnia, szklanki i kieliszki. W całym apartamencie jest dostępne WiFi, a ciekawostki ze świata oraz filmy możecie Państwo oglądać na 50' telewizorze. Na wyposażeniu dostępna jest również pościel i ręczniki, oczywiście bezpłatnie. Najbardziej charakterystycznym miejscem w okolicy naszego Apartamentu jest Centrum Handlowe Manufaktura – centrum handlowo-usługowo-rozrywkowe, otwarte 17 maja 2006 roku w Łodzi, na terenie dawnego kompleksu fabrycznego Izraela Poznańskiego -jednego z największych fabrykantów łódzkich. Dominują tu głównie stare, pofabryczne budynki z czerwonej, nieotynkowanej cegły, które zostały całkowicie przebudowane wewnątrz. W Manufakturze znajduje się ok. 260 sklepów (w tym 2 hipermarkety), a w centrum Manufaktury znajduje się również 3,5-hektarowy rynek. Organizowane są na nim koncerty, zawody sportowe i różnorodne imprezy. Latem część terenu zajmuje piaszczysta plaża a zimą lodowisko. Na odcinku 300 m zbudowana została na nim najdłuższa w Europie fontanna, której woda jest wieczorem podświetlana. Kolejnym ważnym miejscem w okolicy Apartamentu jest Ulica Piotrkowska – reprezentacyjna ulica Łodzi, jedna z najdłuższych ulic handlowych w Europie, szczególną atmosferę tworzą na niej liczne puby i kluby, restauracje, a także budowle. Niedaleko znajduje się również Atlas Arena czyli hala sportowo- widowiskowa, gdzie organizowane są różne zawody, mecze i koncerty.
