A new, free-standing home in the quiet little village of Podgórz, under the smoke of Kazimierz Dolny (8 km), that can be rented all year round, as it has floor heating and a fire place. The house is situated on the edge of the Skarpa Dobrska hill, with its vineyards and magnificent panorama view over the Vistula valley, still undiscovered by mass tourism. The house has both floor heating and a fire place, a terrace with a small covered veranda, a private parking spot behind a gate, and its own garden of 2000 m2 for recreation. There is a grill area, and access to a sauna is possible on request. On the premises, there is a gazebo with a wide view where guests can enjoy the sunset. A perfect place to relax near Kazimierz Dolny and perhaps to enjoy some quality local wine from the Skarpa!
Me and my husband live in Podgórz, near Kazimierz Dolny, where we got married. After living in Warsaw for 7 years, we moved to Podgórz, as we love the region and access to Kazimierz Dolny, but still like having some outdoors space and relaxation. We love to be able to let others visit, by renting out our small home which can be booked all year long (due to floor heating), which we built for this purpose. Come visit our spots in both Kazimierz and/or Podgórz (7 km from Kazimierz)!
Podgórz is a quiet little farmer's village of around 100 people, situated in the rolling hills of the Skarpa Dobrska, 7 km from touristic Kazimierz Dolny. A perfect place to stay and relax, while enjoying the qualities of Kazimierz and the broader region, such as Nałęczów, Puławy and Lublin.
