This cosy apartment is located on the 1st floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people - ideal for group stays and large families. The layout of the rooms consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. A highlight of the living room is the access to a private balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a coffee in peace. A work desk is available in both bedrooms, so the apartment can also be a great option for business stays, but not only. There is a TV with SmartTV and cable channels, as well as free Wi-Fi. The apartment has a washer-dryer and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. A complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided to start each stay.

The superbly furnished apartment is located in the Targówek district, in a block on Suwalska Street. The location provides well-developed local infrastructure, proximity to public transport points and a peaceful atmosphere. The building is located on the edge of the extensive Bródnowski Park (900 m from the apartment) with many amenities where there is something for everyone. The area encourages activities such as cycling thanks to many bicycle paths or long walks. At the same time, there are many restaurants, shops and services in the area to cater for all daily needs. Despite its location in a quiet neighbourhood, the location has great connections to the centre and other districts of Warsaw. The nearest metro station Bródno is 400 m away and tram stops 100 m from the apartment. As a result, it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the centre and 35 minutes to Chopin Airport. Some other convenient amenities in the area include a swimming pool "Polonez", grocery stores, and the expressway S8.
