Located in an apartment building on the northern edge of the Śródmieście district. The building has an underground car park, reception with security and shops. At 100 m is Dworzec Gdański (underground and railway station): from this place, access by metro to the center of Warsaw takes exactly 6 min. At the metro station there are also public bicycles for a self rent. Right next to the house are: grocery stores, bakeries (also serving simple meals, such as pizza) and one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers - Arkadia (about 400 m from the building). Electric car quick charger also available at Arkadia. Public swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) is 450m from the building. Also available within a walking distance: The Old Town and "Fountain Park".
