Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio apartment in beautiful Isabela Puerto Rico.
The apartment is located in Villa Pesquera which is just a 3-minute drive to the town center and 8-10 minutes from Jobos and Montones beach where you can eat, swim and surf.
The apartment is in a gated community and also features a resort-style pool within the property as well as gated access to the beaches of Villa Pesquera.
Apartment has been recently renovated with all new amenities.

Pedestrian gates on both front and rear.
Rear gate takes you to a bike and jogging trail with a beach right across the street.
