It is an honor to meet you and welcome you to Casa Bajura. My name is Javier De Jesús Martínez, I am an architect, urbanist, entrepreneur and cultural leader. I carry out my creative and professional activity from and in the cultural and creative ecosystems of Ponce, Santurce and Isabela where I co-create and co-manage projects, companies and organizations to impact the sustainability of these well-kept regions. I was born in Santurce, grew up in Río Piedras, and at the age of 7, I visited the Pozo de Jacinto, a moment that marked my life, making this landscape in Isabela my favorite place in the world. Since childhood, I dreamed of creating something in Isabela, and Casa Bajura is that significant contribution. As the host of Casa Bajura, I enjoy facilitating a cultural and natural immersion for our guests, highlighting the identity of Isabela and the northwest region of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is a country with a rich identity in culture, art, architecture, and music, all set in a lush Caribbean tropical environment with ecological diversity; Casa Bajura is the gateway to experiencing an authentic and profound adventure on our archipelago del encanto.
