In accordance with the executive order 2021-062 of the governor of Puerto Rico of 4 August 2021 and the Tourism Company Guides of August 6, effective on Monday 16 August 2021, it will be required that all guests present at the time of check-in the immunization certificate (COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card) or the document proving that they have completed their vaccination process against COVID-19. In case of not being vaccinated, they must present negative molecular test (PCR) result - SARS-CoV2; "NAAT" type or antigen test - with testing performed no later than 72 hours prior to the start of your stay.
A person is considered fully vaccinated two (2) weeks after the second dose was given for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two (2) weeks after receiving the single dose of Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine.
Guests will also need to present their identification upon check-in to corroborate the evidence provided. Failure to submit the negative COVID-19 test or the presentation of the vaccination card during the check-in process will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the denial of entry to the hotel. Deposits or payments made for canceled reservations will not be refunded.
