Introducing our stunning luxury ocean-view penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an incredibly private large rooftop, offering breathtaking views of the East side of our beautiful island. Our hidden private complex is a gated community and the perfect tranquil retreat, near beaches and a variety of restaurant options. Whether you're a family, couple, or solo adventurer, our penthouse is the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. We can't get enough of the magical sunrise views from our window-come see for yourself. The penthouse has 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a private bathroom attached to the Master room. We offer additional pillows for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils to cook your meals. Moreover, you can use the washer and dryer at your convenience. We have thoughtfully provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you don't have to carry them along. We also have basic beach needs for your enjoyment. Let us make your stay comfortable and memorable. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Please follow the National Weather Service during the Hurricane season starting in June through November. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen trip disruption. POWER OUTAGES: This is a common occurrence on most of the island and may happen during your stay. If you're using the appliance and a power outgate occurs, please turn the appliance's power switch to the "off" position. This will prevent accidental damage or injury should the power return and the appliance be left unattended. Note: We may request a damage deposit during the check-in process, depending on your reservation. Your reservation can not be transferred to another person during the check-in process. Early check-in may apply an additional fee. An additional fee may apply for early check-in. Late Check-in is until 11:59 pm on the day of Check-In.
