Ideal for a couple or young families who want to experience living at Lisbon with all the modern commodities. The building has a children´s private playground and in its base there is a pharmacy, a supermarket and several restaurants. It is served by multiple public transports including the red subway line coming straight from the airport (the Saldanha subway station is right in front of the building) The studio area is 45 square meters and has a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry machine. In the living room there is a wardrobe with a safe deposit box. The TV has over 30 available channels and there is also WiFi available. The building has elevators, security and an internal garden with playground for children. The building is also a pokestop known as the 8-bit building.

There is a pharmacy, a coffee shop, a restaurant and a pharmacy on the apartment´s building. There is a small park across the street were the university students use to hang out. The subway entry is in front of the building´s entry. Travelers can access the internal garden of the building on floor 1 where there is a private children´s playground.
