In a building inaugurated in 2021, this property has been equipped and decorated so that you can rent and enjoy a lot of comfort while in Funchal and Madeira. With two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, this flat accommodates a maximum of 6 people, making use of the sofa bed in the living room. The living room and kitchen (fully equipped) open space privileges the space and natural light, combined with access to a spacious balcony with a magnificent view over the sea. Here you can enjoy the sunset overlooking Cabo Girão.

Located in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this flat is close to a pleasant promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the shopping centre Forum Madeira, which has several spaces of recognized international brands and cinemas.
