Apartamentos Benvindo are simple, self-catering apartments located 450 metres from Forte de São João Beach, in Albufeira. All units have free access to 2 outdoor swimming pools. Apartments are bright and airy and have an equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove and oven. The living room has a satellite TV and there is a safety deposit box in each apartment. Property information

Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, the remaining days are at the expense of the guests. The apartments do not have daily cleaning, only towels are changed every 4 days and sheets are changed weekly. Please be advised that Check-ins after 11:30 pm have an additional cost of 20.00Eur to be paid in cash. We ask that you inform us of your arrival time in advance. If we do not have this information, you may have to wait up to 1 hour for the person responsible. At check-in, we request a security deposit of a minimum 200 euros paid in cash or credit card. This amount serves as a guarantee against possible room damage or violations of our policies during your stay. Please inform us when making your reservation if you would like an invoice with NIF. Without this information, the invoice will be sent to the Final Consumer without any form of change. Please note that this unit doesn't have reception.
