The Barreiros ArchDesign Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a condominium, located in a central area of the city of Funchal and very close to the city's main visiting points. The apartment has all the necessary amenities to offer a good experience whether on a short or longer stay. Our priority is to ensure that our guests feel comfortably “at home” as soon as they arrive. You can enjoy a very spacious and sunny balcony in the late afternoon, with a table to enjoy a romantic breakfast or dinner accompanied by a magnificent view. All reservations include a surprise welcome kit for our guests that includes water, fruit, coffee, chocolates and/or others.
I am an architect and the renovation project for this apartment was born from a passion for rehabilitation and decorating architectural spaces. The main objective was to revitalize a space that was out of character and out of context, and thus provide its guests with an experience bathed in light, comfort, functionality and aesthetic harmony.
It is located in a very safe and central area in the city of Funchal. Its location allows easy and quick access to the main points of the city, namely the hotel and tourist area, the beaches of Lido and Ponta Gorda, the gardens of Quinta Magnólia and Parque de Santa Catarina, the historic center of Funchal and easy access to the highway. A variety of services and shops, including pastry shops, bakeries, grocery shops, bars, restaurants, parks, gardens, and tennis courts, as well as a tourist area with restaurants and hotels, are all within walking distance. There are public bus stops on the street just outside the building. Kindly be aware that, given the central location of the accommodation in the city, some ambient urban noise may be present, which are beyond our control. For guests who are particularly sensitive to such sounds, we are pleased to provide complimentary sleep earplugs.
