Our CASA AURI is a typical house of the Azores, with local materials such as basalt stone and wood. It is decorated with family furniture from Mainland / Lisbon and our souvenirs vacations also. For all guests there is an offer of regional and national products. Our house has a equipped kitchen with free washing machine, coffee machine (not expresso), French press, etc. Bathroom: supply of toiletries, hair dryer, free extra towels. Living room: sofas, tv and free Wi-Fi. Bedroom has one double bed. Terrace has a porch with local stone table, benches and a little garden. CASA AURI has private parking. Our house is located right in the centre of Faial da Terra village, where you will find a snack-bar, cafeteria, grocery and an ATM. Faial da Terra is surrounded by green hills and Ocean / beach. It has a river in the middle of the village and the sea promenade is 500m away from our CASA AURI, with beach and public pool. It has four walking trails, like "Salto do Prego" one of the most beautiful of São Miguel, with waterfalls where is possible to take a bath. All photos are from Faial da Terra and were taken by us. Our house CASA AURI is licensed (AL) and registered as RRAL 930.
